- GCE O/L qualification or equivalent
- Basic English proficiency
- For Diploma Programs:
- Completion of Certificate program or equivalent experience/qualifications
- GCE A/L preferred but not mandatory
- For Higher National Diploma Programs:
- Completion of related Diploma at SLEC Campus or an equivalent institute
